Performing was founded in Milan in April 2019 as an entrepreneurial initiative aimed at bringing together the professional skills of partners/managers and collaborators to support and assist Italian realities with particularly difficult financial/real estate situations.

 

The company was therefore conceived in order to channel the private capital of its founding partners into a growing market of distressed debt that had reached levels markedly beyond Italy's physiological equilibrium as a result of the 2006 crisis.

 

Performing's mission is to carry out profitable acquisitions which result in a win-win situation for both business owners and creditors, as such enabling suffering Italian businesses to start from a "clean slate" whilst preserving brand value.

 

The company is constantly and actively engaged in identifying legally complex positions with liquidity issues (even sometimes operational/management issues) that are however supported by solid economic assets and/or substantial asset/real estate values.

 

Such preconditions enable SMEs and individuals - who aren't strictly speaking creditworthy, according to conventional standards, due to exogenous factors influencing their track record - to preserve the value in their businesses or real estate through specific restructuring agreements and the injection of private capital.

 

In line with these principles, Performing has in fact already initiated and concluded numerous collaborations, provided assistance and even entered into partnership with Italian SMEs and individuals, mainly based in the Sardinia region.
